A product purchased from EasyBuyOnline may be eligible for return under the following conditions:
The product received does not match the image or description presented on the product page.
The product is broken, defective, or unusable upon arrival.

Returns are accepted for products that are not as described, even if they are not technically defective. A product that matches its listing description and functions correctly is not eligible for return.
Return Timeframe

Customer Errors (Incorrect Shipping Address)
Product Returned to Store
Wrong person returns the product or shipping carrier discovers the error.
Partial Refund: $43
Calculation: $50 - $7 (original shipping) = $43
Product Kept by Wrong Person
Wrong person receives and keeps the product.
No Refund: $0
Result: Customer loses the full $50 payment.
Address Accuracy: Customers must provide correct and complete shipping information. Verify all address details before completing purchase.
Product Condition Requirements
To qualify for a refund, the returned product must meet all of the following condition requirements:
The product must be in its original, undamaged packaging.
The product must not show damage caused by the customer beyond reasonable inspection and functional testing.
Minor opening of packaging to verify product existence, type, and basic functionality is permitted and will not void return eligibility.
Exception for completely damaged products: If the product arrives completely damaged or unusable, the customer should NOT return it. Instead, they may keep or dispose of it and will receive a full refund plus a formal apology.
Refund Process
The refund process is initiated upon the store's receipt and inspection of the returned product. The process is as follows:
Upon approval, the customer ships the product back to the address provided by the store.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the store notifies the customer of the inspection results.

Return Verification Requirement: Return acceptance requires photographing the product next to its original official packaging. This verification occurs through communication with the store's official support channel. Communication with any external entities is not accepted.
Exceptions
